Base pay range $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr We are seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Processor for a high‑volume client. This temporary role is expected to last approximately three to four months (possibly longer‑or temp‑to‑hire), with flexible hours and some ability to work hybrid after training. The position is on‑site, and 1099 employment is required . Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure invoices are properly coded and matched to purchase orders or contracts. Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies or address inquiries. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounts payable records. Assist with general accounting tasks as required. Qualifications Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes. Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
