Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in European and exotic vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and performance modifications. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and other high-end vehicles .
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using factory-level scan tools and equipment.
  • Conduct engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical repairs with precision.
  • Work on performance upgrades and tuning when applicable.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency while upholding WBA Performance’s quality standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques .
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • ASE Master Certification or equivalent factory certifications (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Master Technician, preferably with European and exotic vehicles .
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with factory scan tools (Xentry, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
