Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Agents (Spanish/English)

Do you love helping people? Enjoy working with computers? Passionate about the outdoors? This could be the perfect fit!

What Youll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls to help campers book reservations and get support
  • Use our software to assist customers quickly and professionally

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center is a bonus!)
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new software
  • A love for campingor helping others book their trips!

Job Details:

  • Orientation: Thursday, December 4, 2025
    • 10:00am3:00pm ET
    • Remote via Microsoft Teams
  • Start Date: Monday, December 8, 2025
  • Training schedule: Monday, December 8 - Friday, December 12 and Monday, December 15
  • Hours: 8:00am5:00pm, 7 days/week
    • After training you can expect to be scheduled 10-30 hours per week within your provided availability
  • Location: Work from Home
  • Assessments: Spanish language test required
  • End of Contract Date: November 1, 2026
