\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\nManage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
\n\t\n\tImplement programs that support redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.
\n\t\n\tActively communicate safety policies, best practices, and updates to talent.
\n\t\n\tIdentify and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
\n\t\n\tMaintain operational efficiency and deliver the highest quality services to meet client needs.
\n\t\nStrong knowledge of HR/staffing practices including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
\n\t\n\tAbility to build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.
\n\t\n\tResults-oriented with excellent attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.
\n\t\n\tStrong communication skills across multiple levels of management.
\n\t\n\tMinimum 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles.
