Job Title- Sr. UAT Analyst

Pay Range: $60 - $65

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval 



• Lead test strategy development, test case creation, and regression suite design aligned with business objectives



• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria is achieved



• Document and communicate test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs using JIRA and Octane 



• Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback 

.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing in financial services or enterprise systems 



• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies .



• Proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL.



• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle OBPM, FCUBS, and OBLM is a plus .



• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

 

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
