Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant (Regulatory Change Management Consultant) position. As a Regulatory Change Management Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of interpreting complex regulations and translating them into actionable business strategies across U.S. and international jurisdictions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-wide compliance, drive governance, and support policy oversight in a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape.
Title: Business Execution Consultant (Regulatory Change Management Consultant) Position type: Full-time/Contract.
Duration: 12 Months.
Location: Charlotte, NC(Hybrid).
As a Business Execution Consultant (Regulatory Change Management Consultant), What You'll Be Doing: - Lead regulatory reviews across supply chain functions to ensure alignment with enterprise policies and global regulations.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operational Risk, and other stakeholders to assess and implement regulatory changes.
- Develop structured governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
- Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and status reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Translate complex regulatory guidance into clear business requirements and functional specifications.
- Utilize platforms like ENCORE, SHRP, and JIRA/Confluence for tracking, documentation, and coordination.
What You Bring to the Table: - Years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Regulatory Implementation.
- Deep expertise in supply chain governance, financial services, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to write Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and manage Agile workflows.
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, summarizing large datasets) and PowerPoint (executive dashboards).
- Experience with Tableau, Dremio, and SQL for data visualization and query translation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
