Location Expect to travel to locations across Fairfax County, VA as needed and support the service desk at the main headquarters in Fairfax. Client has 120 sites in Fairfax County. About the Role Cisco Voice Analyst responsible for supporting Cisco Voice / Unified Communications systems. Responsibilities Support Cisco Voice / Unified Communications systems. Installation and configuration of IP-based enterprise paging systems. Provide expertise on Unity Connection, Webex Control Hub, and VoIP protocols and network concepts. Assist with compliance and quality assurance. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–3 years of experience supporting Cisco Voice / Unified Communications systems. Experience with Unity Connection and Webex Control Hub. VoIP protocols and network concepts experience. Familiarity with installation/configuration of IP-based enterprise paging systems.
