We are seeking a Clinician Support Agent to join our team at our San Francisco, CA location/hybrid work environment. This role involves day, evening, or night shifts. What You Will Be Doing

As the Clinician Support Liaison, your responsibilities include:

  • Communicating via Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce between our Cardiac Technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals, clinicians, and patients.
  • Effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and notifying physicians as per protocols.
  • Following up on accounts for clinical information such as pacemaker settings and clinician contacts.
  • Using case management systems to respond, update, and track case statuses.
  • Verifying report completeness and process notification criteria.
  • Fostering communication with internal and external partners.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for productivity and case quality.
  • Adhering to HIPAA and Good Clinical Practices.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What We Need to See

  • An associate degree with 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Availability to work in-office at our San Francisco location at least two days a week.
  • Ability to work alternating weekends and shifts.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in EKG interpretation.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Successful completion of new hire training and ability to obtain CCT certification within 120 days.
