Advanced Care Partners specializes in providing exceptional care to children with complex medical needs through our prescribed pediatric extended care facilities (PPECs).

• CNAs schedule requirements: 7-4, 1 day a week opening at 6:30 AM, closing at 6:30 PM, and ONLY 1 Saturday per month.
• We are also off on the major holidays and every Sunday.
• For FT staff we offer PTO and benefits

Responsibilities: 

• Assist our patients with daily care such as grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Assist with medication; take and record vitals.
• Assess home situations to determine that our patients are in the best possible environment.
• Provide emotional support to our patients and their families.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary.

• Active CPR certification is required (Online Companies Are Not Acceptable)

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) required

• Valid PPD skin test
