Electrical Estimator / Project Manager – Lead Projects from Start to Finish
Location: Cleveland, Ohio Area

Travel: Minimal (98% local work)

We’re a well-established electrical contractor in the Cleveland area , known for high-quality work, a collaborative culture, and a focus on commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects in our local market.
You’ll combine the precision of an Estimator with the leadership of a Project Manager , overseeing jobs cradle-to-grave. No massive corporate red tape—just a team that values accountability, teamwork, and results.
What You’ll DoPrepare competitive, accurate estimates using Accubid (preferred) or similar software
Manage awarded projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting
Deliver projects that build trust, repeat business, and pride in craftsmanship
Experience: 5+ years in electrical construction estimating and project management (commercial, institutional, light industrial)
Technical Skills: Proficient in Accubid estimating software (preferred)
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical construction—not low voltage
Leadership: Track record of taking full ownership of projects, from bid to completion
Work Style: Dependable, team-oriented, and accountable in a family-style environment
Work on meaningful projects (average ~$500K, no mega-jobs over $2M)
