Electrician

Lakey Electric is currently hiring experienced commercial electricians with at least 2 plus years of experience! We install Commercial Electrical for Service Customers and General Contractors. Projects range from Daily Service Calls to $12 Million Commercial Electrical Projects. Lakey has been proudly serving Texas since 1975!

Below is a breakdown of what we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications:

• At least two years previous experience in the commercial electrical field
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and electrical code manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• A great attitude
• Must have reliable Transportation
• Must have proper hand tools
