Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO and leadership team. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating communication, managing schedules, and assisting with projects that advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and leadership team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and events.
Draft, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with board, stakeholder, and community partner communications.
Support the preparation of grant applications, compliance documents, and program reports.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience (nonprofit, housing, or healthcare setting preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Passion for supporting individuals and families through housing, community, and disability services.
