**Now hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Technician in Harrisburg, PA** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Warehouse/Distribution Center to handle general facilities and maintenance tasks. **Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm** **Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour to start** **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including replacing cooler pads, belts, pumps, and air filters. + Address common plumbing issues, such as fixing leaks and unclogging toilets or drains. + Perform minor maintenance and repairs on material-handling equipment (MHE) while coordinating with third-party services for major breakdowns. + Maintain dock doors, dock plates, replace light bulbs, fluorescent fixtures, and perform minor electrical repairs such as swapping receptacles. + Complete carpentry tasks including painting, installing doors and cabinet doors, shelving, tile work, and setting concrete forms. + Perform light landscaping, irrigation repairs, soil grading, and operate trenching equipment for grounds maintenance. + Assist with larger renovation projects, new construction, and special assignments as needed. + Review maintenance reports, prioritize repairs, and assign tasks accordingly. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as PTO and a 401k plan.
