Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for customer service? Our client seeks a Field Service Engineer to support their thermal cooling systems service and repair operations.
Job Duties:
Experienced Field Service Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in servicing and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems.
You'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing problems, handling RMAs, maintaining detailed service records, and offering after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
Trade School Certification in HVAC/R or Electronics, EPA Universal Certificate is highly desired
Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support in both field and remote settings.
Adept at troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and driving customer-focused solutions in fast-paced environments - troubleshooting issues on-site and remotely.
Known for strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Nice to have experience with liquid cooling technologies
Travel within the region—and occasionally across North America—is expected
Education Requirement:
~ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field.
