QLM is actively seeking Form Carpenters for long term site work in Fort Myers!

Responsibilities

• Build and install formwork for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Set forms to line and grade, using levels or laser equipment
• Strip forms and clean work areas
• Assist in pouring and finishing concrete
• Follow all safety protocols and project procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of form carpentry experience (water or wastewater project experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience with wood and metal form systems (Symons, Peri, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work well with a team and under supervision
