General Manager — Bar & Grill

Purpose

To lead the entire operation with a focus on sustainable growth, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. This role combines strategic marketing, strong customer service leadership, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to grow traffic and repeat business.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards at all times.
• Recruit, train, and mentor all managers and front-line staff.
• Monitor and optimize labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Build community partnerships to drive brand awareness.
• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met.
• Lead by example, driving a positive culture and high team morale.
• Generate case studies, insights, and other valuable content for company branding and LinkedIn recruitment visibility .

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as GM or AGM in full-service restaurants/bar concepts.
• Strong track record designing & executing local promotions.
• Proven success managing P&L and financial metrics.
• Deep understanding of FOH and BOH operations.
• Experience in talent development and building a cohesive team.
