Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Banana Republic's World Trade Center location in New York, NY. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales and profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, staff training, visual merchandising, and inventory control. The role requires fostering a productive and positive work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of store appearance and branding.
