HR Assistant Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their HR as a HR Assistant to assist with current workload and open enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ASSISTANT:

The HR Assistant will organize, enter, and file all onboarding forms i.e. drug screens and background checks The HR Assistant will support recruiting efforts-help with phone screens, state interviews and help increase retention efforts Support merit tracking, performance reviews and process into system Assist with general administrative support and answer basic inbound questions, various front desk duties as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ASSISTANT:
