Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing HR systems to support organizational success. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, experience in HRIS management, and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
- Conduct regular audits of HR systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Create and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for HR decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide training and support to HR staff.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system updates and optimize performance.
- Support the hiring process by managing job postings and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies through thorough system management. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and databases.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and auditing processes.
- Experience with job postings, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Ability to generate and interpret reports to inform HR strategies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to train others on system usage.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across IT and HR teams.
