Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Install Apprentice to join our elite residential installation team. As an apprentice, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced HVAC professionals to learn all aspects of high-end residential system installation, including ductwork, equipment placement, system integration, and customer service. This is a growth-oriented role with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and more)
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
• Help fabricate and install sheet metal duct systems with a focus on clean, precise work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites before, during, and after installation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism
• Uphold strong communication with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience : Prefer 1-2 years in a general construction field. (formal HVAC Install training or HVAC trade school a plus)
• Certifications : EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Skills : Ability to work with basic hand tools, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical requirements : Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity. Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-75lbs. Frequently ascend/descend ladder and maintain balance.
• License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
