Key Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions
Consult with homeowners to recommend system upgrades, energy-efficient options, and preventive care plans
Present clear, compelling proposals that align with customer goals and budgets, driving sales growth
Educate customers on system performance and the benefits of maintenance and upgrades to increase satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and professional follow-up on sales leads and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recommendations, and sales activities
Represent HELP’s brand with professionalism, ensuring high customer trust and retention
Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to provide customers with the best options
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential HVAC experience with a strong focus on customer communication and consultative sales
Proven ability to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset and a passion for helping customers
Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license preferred
High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)
