Maintenance Technician Needed in Dickson, TN 3rd Shift $28/hr and Up!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Maintenance Technician to work on electrical machines with three-phase motors. This role involves ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical machines with three-phase motors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all equipment operates effectively.
• Utilize schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting tasks.
• Handle PLC troubleshooting and control systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Engage in welding tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with schematic and blueprint interpretation.
• Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and control.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with welding is an advantage.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and machinery maintenance.

Work Environment

This position follows a 2-2-3 shift schedule with training provided Monday to Friday during 8-hour days. Employees will work in a manufacturing setting, focusing on the production of wire for building products. A shift differential is offered for second shift work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
