High-end, award-winning landscape design/build firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale residential projects in the Sterling, VA / Washington D.C. area. Ideal candidates have prior construction management or site superintendent experience with carpentry, landscaping, masonry, lighting, and pool construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Oversee field production and ensure projects exceed client expectations.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with design/sales teams to align on project goals.
• Train, mentor, and develop field staff for high performance.
• Monitor contracts, budgets, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and minimize warranty issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential construction experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/project management experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary $90,000 -$110,000 (commensurate with experience)
