As a Manager, you will Serve in a quality assurance role with your team members and the firm, sharing best practices. Interface among the principals, design/technical staff, and business team as needed. Serve as a role model for others and mentor professional skills appropriately. Participate in office-wide discussions and decisions regarding staffing, profitability, and performance in collaboration with the Principal and EVP. Implement good judgment and leadership within the project team to support the firm's business model. Prioritize critical path items for multiple projects or team members.
