Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly respected boutique law firm in Chicago on the search for a Litigation Associate with 3-6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience to join their growing and collaborative team.

This role offers immediate, hands-on experience with direct client contact, active courtroom exposure, and strong mentorship from well-regarded litigators. You'll enjoy a supportive, entrepreneurial environment without the pressure of high billable hour demands.

• 1400-1650 billable hour expectation - never on call

Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills

• Practical experience across all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trial prep

• Experience or interest in employment, construction, labor, motor vehicle franchise, and/or municipal law is a plus
