As a Marketing Promotions Assistant, you’ll work closely with our events and outreach team to execute live marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail activations, nonprofit events , and community promotions

• Representing socially responsible brands and nonprofit partners with energy and professionalism

• Engaging with the public to promote campaign messaging, increase brand visibility , and support fundraising goals

• Distributing promotional materials and maintaining eye-catching event displays

• Collaborating with team members to meet daily performance goals

• Participating in training workshops and team meetings to continuously improve communication and campaign skills

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with diverse audiences

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to grow

• Comfortable working in-person at events, retail setups, or street activations

• No experience necessary —just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
