Overview

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to support our growing team in Troy, MI. This role will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and ongoing support of NetSuite applications to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain and optimize existing NetSuite applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality and performance.
• Document technical processes, system configurations, and development best practices.
• Provide user support, training, and technical guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with integrations between NetSuite and external applications (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of advanced reporting and dashboards in NetSuite.
• Exposure to middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
• NetSuite certification(s) a plus.
