Company Description: We are committed to setting the highest standards in operational excellence. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a facility of approximately 20,000-30,000 sq. ft., consistently analyzing and enhancing our systems and procedures for maximum efficiency while ensuring safety and quality in our deliverables.

Job Description:

• Business Management: Strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operational services in support of our sales team. Implement improvements in operations systems, processes, and policies to uphold our mission as a leader in the energy drink industry.
• Inventory Control: Accurately manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and proactively addressing potential shortages. Ensure timely deliveries by inputting product orders into SAP and resolving discrepancies to achieve accurate inventory reporting.
• Warehouse Management: Maintain proper product rotation by executing the FIFO (First-In, First Out) policy while fulfilling the needs of Account Managers and customers. Conduct daily inventory checks and rectify any variances promptly, subject to General Manager approval.
• Fleet Oversight: Manage the maintenance schedule for our fleet to minimize delivery disruptions through effective coordination of preventive measures. Regularly inspect our vehicles for cleanliness and damage, arranging repairs with minimal operational impact.
• Accident Coordination: Monitor and manage vehicle accidents in collaboration with our maintenance service provider and insurance carrier.
• Team Development: Hire, train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff. Manage performance via feedback, coaching, and evaluations, aligning with the General Manager for prompt handling of performance issues.
• AIB Standards: Ensure adherence to AIB (American Institute of Baking) standards within the facility per audit requirements, including documentation and facility cleanliness.
• Best Practices: Identify and communicate best practices to the National Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Proficient in computer ordering systems and IT
• Valid US Driver's License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Capable of lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
