• Handle patent prosecution for technologies including chemical processing, oil and gas, medical devices, and materials science
• Draft and prosecute patent applications and office action responses
• Conduct patentability, prior art, and freedom-to-operate analyses
• Partner with clients to develop IP strategy and solve complex legal challenges
• Work closely with experienced IP attorneys and technical staff

________________________________________ Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of U.S. patent prosecution experience
• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
• Strong writing, analytical, and client service skills
