Our staff is comprised of talented primary care and specialty providers who utilize a collaborative and team-based approach enabled by technology to deliver the best care possible to our patients.
Due to our success and continued growth, we are hiring BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Geriatricians to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

As a leader in preventive medicine, we are seeking providers who appreciate complex elderly patients, excel in a collaborative environment, and strive for positive outcomes for their patients.

o Podiatry
o Case management and social work services
