A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Contract Recruiter to help shape the future of legal support talent. The firm fosters a fast-paced, inclusive, and intellectually vibrant culture. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates who thrive in high-performance environments.

Who You Are

  • Experienced recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition work
  • Experience working in a staffing agency and in a corporate setting
  • Law firm background NOT required
  • Comfortable juggling 20–30 requisitions across diverse departments
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill roles in IT, finance, billing, reception, and more
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for non-attorney positions
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for both temporary and permanent openings
  • Keep pace with high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining quality
  • Contribute to team culture and support evolving business needs
  • Work onsite four days a week with Fridays remote

Pay Rate: $38 - $45 hourly, based on experience

Location: Hybrid
