What You'll Bring:

• Active RRT credential
• Strong ventilator knowledge (invasive & non-invasive)
• Capable in chest physiotherapy, trach care, ABGs, EKGs
• Confidence in high-acuity patient environments
• ACLS and BLS certified
• Clear documentation and excellent handoff skills
