The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Public Affairs to be a key representative across six local markets in the lead-up to the launch of its new city-based teams. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strategic relationships that directly impact business development, including sponsor relationships, ticket sales partnerships, marketing collaborations, civic engagement, government relations, and community connections. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-market relationship development, cross-functional connection, public representation, and strategic business development support. They must have a deep understanding of the sports industry, exceptional public speaking skills, and the ability to assess and prioritize high-value opportunities. The role requires a seasoned sports executive with a passion for women's sports and a proven track record in driving business results through relationship management.
