As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for ensuring all storage units and offices are clean, repaired, and ready to be rented. This role demands practical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining facilities in top condition.
Responsibilities include: using tools effectively, including drills, saws, hammers, levels, and measuring tape; fixing minor damages such as drywall holes, replacing light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds; patching up flooring and making basic electrical or plumbing repairs; performing manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods; and working independently, following instructions, and accepting constructive feedback.
Essential skills include experience with general labor, production, and construction; proficiency in using forklifts, hand tools, and power tools; knowledge of concrete, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring; and the ability to read blueprints and operate machinery like excavators, skid steers, and loaders.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
