This individual will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth for our clients. The Social Media Director will manage a team of specialists and collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.Oversee daily content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Manage a team of social media managers, coordinators, and content creators.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; recommend strategies for improvement.Stay up-to-date on emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in digital and social media marketing.Partner with creative, PR, and paid media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.Manage client communication and presentations related to social media strategy and results.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience, including leadership/management roles.Proven track record of building and executing successful social media campaigns for brands.Strong knowledge of paid social advertising, analytics tools, and performance metrics.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.Creative thinker with strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
