Sodexo is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support culinary operations for Doctor’s Dining at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake in Webster, TX . The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating exceptional dishes, with a background in country clubs and/or fine-dining restaurants.

What You'll Do:

• develops creative and exciting menu products for the Doctor's Dining Lounge;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

What You Bring:

• heavy production experience with a strong culinary background working in country clubs and/or fine dining, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
• excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards;
• strong coaching and employee development skills; and/or
• have a passion for food and innovation.
