Position Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop, and implement effective staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The incumbent will develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process to include partnering with Hiring Managers to identify hiring criteria, job posting and advertisement, source and pre-screen candidates, interview scheduling and offer letter preparation
  • Generate and share insights from talent management metrics for the organization to include HR Business Partners and Leaders.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and cost- effective recruiting methods, resources and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
  • Collaborates with the Hiring Manager and/or other Human Resource staff during the offer process, to ensure appropriate salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment, and company policies.
  • Responsible for all phases of the New Hire Onboarding process to include internal forms submission, ensuring IT resources are secured, critical Day 1 communications and I-9 compliance; maintaining regular candidate contact throughout the process.
  • Ensure external social media platforms are updated and aligned and accurately represent the company’s employee value proposition to effectively attract talent. Lead employer brand initiatives.

Minimum Experience Level Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for a mid-sized organization supporting both Field and Corporate roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
