We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post Closer to join our team of dedicated professionals. Position Overview: The Post Closer will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of closing packages after settlement. This position requires excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in the title industry and a proactive, team-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Review executed closing documents post-settlement for accuracy and completeness Submit documents for recording in a timely and compliant manner Collaborate with a team of six Post Closers and contribute to team success Communicate effectively with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders regarding post-closing documentation status Resolve post-closing lienable items promptly and accurately Support cross-functional departments by streamlining and enhancing post-closing processes Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients Qualifications: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-closing or related title industry experience preferred High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Salary commensurate with experience.
