Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Pleasant View, UT
Start Date: 09/15/2025 Assignment Length: 13 weeksShift Details:
Day shift, 8-hour days
36 hours guaranteed weekly (expectation of up to 40 hours)
OT must be pre-approved by director
No floating to other clinics
Requirements:
Active UT PT license (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience strongly preferred
New Grads: Not Accepted
First-Time Travelers: Not Accepted
Scope of Role:
The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions . Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, execution of evidence-based interventions, patient/family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation.Patient Details:
Population: Ortho, vestibular
Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week
Patient load: 12–14 patients/day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
