Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Sustainment Division Support: Provide operational support services to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including process improvement, cost control, mission planning, and organizational efficiencies. Manage tools, assets (HW/SW), and property accountability/security for DODIN-A services (NIPRNet and SIPRNet).
2. Web Hosting Services: Develop and support custom web-based applications in SharePoint and Java, following SDLC standards. Responsibilities include documentation, user guides, training materials, bug tracking, application maintenance, and facilitating new functionality requests.
3. Web Site Support and Maintenance: Maintain internal and enterprise web portals and collaborative platforms, managing hosting support, access, security, backups, and operational support.
4. Web Site Development and Maintenance: Develop, monitor, secure, and operate NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals and applications. Provide 24/7 on-call support. Tasks include setup, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, content management, hardware migration, and security implementation, ensuring compliance with regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
5. Design and develop web graphics, pages, and interactive applications using tools such as Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, BMC, and Java. Maintain web server logs, ensure CAC-enabled web services, and control access privileges.

Qualifications

1. Minimum: 2 years with BS/BA, 0 years with MS/MA, or 6 years with no degree.
2. Certifications: DCWF Code 621 Advanced (TBD).
3. Highly detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills.
4. Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
5. Must possess and maintain Secret security clearance.
