Bartender - Green Turtle

We currently have a great opportunity as a Bartender at the Green Turtle Inn.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Provide professional, excellent bar service to restaurant customers, Rich's clients and their guests
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Serve snacks or food items to customers
• Collect payment and balance receipts
• Clear and clean bar, including cleaning glasses, utensils, bar equipment and work areas; return all supplies and equipment to proper location
• Attractively set up and stock bar, maintain inventory; assist bar manager with inventory when needed
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Maintain exemplary sanitation, safety and operation practices
• Be able to fill in as restaurant server when need arises

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Direct experience with serving customers
• Strong knowledge of wine and liquor and mixed drinks; completion of mixology courses preferred
• Active listening skills; personable and professional
• Required completion of T.I.P.S. training course
• Server experience preferred

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate $10.00 - $15.00
