We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Carpenter with proven expertise in various aspects of residential remodeling. This role requires a confident individual capable of handling carpentry projects independently, as well as possessing proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and tile installation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to quality workmanship, and able to manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, cabinet installation, door and window installation, and structural repairs.
* Execute basic plumbing tasks such as fixture installation (sinks, toilets, showers), and minor pipe repairs.
* Conduct basic electrical work including outlet and switch installation, light fixture replacement, and running wiring.
* Install various types of tile for floors, walls, and backsplashes with precision and attention to detail.
* Manage and execute all phases of residential remodeling projects, from demolition to finishing.
* Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with relevant codes.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing remodeling projects.
* Demonstrable proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical work.
* Proven ability to perform high-quality tile work.
* Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
