Now Hiring: Heating Sales and Service Manager

On-site | Hampton Bays, NY

$80,000–$90,000 base salary + potential bonuses

Full-time | Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Heating Sales and Service Manager to lead our growing team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with company leadership to hit revenue targets and expand our market reach.

  • Lead the Service Team:

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair operations—ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.

  • Build Customer Relationships:

Strengthen and grow client and builder relationships. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.

  • Manage Resources:

Schedule and manage workloads for drivers, technicians, and dispatchers. Oversee fleet operations and ensure optimal field performance.

  • Elevate the Team:

Collaborate with the Heating Technical Trainer to implement training programs and performance standards across the heating division.

  • Ensure Safety & Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to industry safety standards and regulations. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Stay Ahead of the Market:

Analyze competitor trends, customer needs, and service performance to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the propane and natural gas heating industry
  • Proven success in sales leadership and team management
  • Deep knowledge of heating systems , including pool and spa heaters
  • Ability to manage budgets , analyze service metrics, and drive results
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in all local and national industry regulations and safety protocols

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
